Family EcoProgram for kids and adults. Bring the family to explore ABNC’S unique ecosystems and discover some of the creatures that call them home. Each day offers an outing into the prairie, a look into the pond and the chance to meet one of our ambassador animals.

Know before you go

We recommend that you bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and hand sanitizer
Closed toe shoes are required for this program. Participants without proper footwear will not be able to participate
The program will be approximately 1.5 to 2 hours
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Children 6 and up are welcome to attend, but the parent/guardian will be responsible for them and must stay with them during the program
Reservations are required

Payment of fees is needed to complete your registration and is non-refundable unless the program/class/activity is cancelled by Armand Bayou Nature Center (ABNC) staff. If ABNC cancels for any reason, you will be given the option of applying the fees to another program or a refund.

If you must cancel, please notify ABNC at least seven (7) days prior to the program/class/activity. If you inform us at least one week before, we will issue you a credit voucher for the full amount of your payment that may be applied to another ABNC program fee or a membership. Any non-attendance or cancellation less than seven (7) days will result in the full charge of the fee. ABNC does not give cash refunds.
