Site #18 is located at the boat landing at Bay Area Park (BAP). Bay Area Park is about halfway up the Armand Bayou Paddle Trail, making it very convenient to access Armand Bayou Paddle Trail upstream or downstream! BAP has areas for boating, exploring (nature hikes, especially on the boardwalks), picnics, and ballgames.
Directions to Bay Area Park from I-45: Exit at Bay Area Blvd. and go east approximately seven miles. Pass the entrance for University of Houston, Clear Lake, and cross the bridge over Armand Bayou. The turn into the park is the second on the right after the bridge. Drive around the park to the left side parking lot close to the park exit. Unload the boat and you're on your way!
