Raptor Exhibit
Continue through the Kaneka Building to our Raptor Exhibit. The Raptor Exhibit features a male and female Red Tailed Hawk. These birds were rescued after being hurt and nursed back to health by members of Wildlife Rehab & Education (WR & E), a local non-profit group. Because these hawks were no longer able to hunt wild game, WR & E brought them to the Nature Center to be cared for by our staff.
The Raptor Exhibit was built by Lyondell Chemical Company volunteers.
